Private Traditional Riding Lesson

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a Private Traditional Riding Lesson with Kindred Strides of the Sonoran, the student or parent/guardian agrees to the following terms: Payment & Scheduling Lessons are scheduled on a per-lesson basis at the current regular lesson rate. Students may maintain a regular weekly lesson time based on instructor, horse, and schedule availability. Payment is due for each scheduled lesson according to the payment terms provided at booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to instructor and horse availability. In the event of illness or an emergency, please call (520) 333-7719 at least one (1) hour before the scheduled lesson time. Whenever possible, we will work with the student to reschedule. Cancellations that do not meet these notice requirements and no-shows are considered used lessons. Any payment made for the lesson will not be refunded or credited toward a future lesson. Make-Up Lessons Eligible make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed within two (2) weeks of the missed lesson. Make-up lessons are subject to instructor, horse, and scheduling availability. Make-up lessons not completed within this period are forfeited. Planned Absences Students who know they will be unable to attend a regularly scheduled lesson are encouraged to provide as much advance notice as possible. Providing advance notice allows Kindred Strides to adjust the lesson schedule and does not guarantee that the student's usual lesson time will remain available during an extended absence. Kindred Strides Cancellations If Kindred Strides of the Sonoran must cancel a lesson due to weather, horse health, instructor availability, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance beyond the student's control, any payment made will be credited toward a rescheduled lesson or future lesson. By booking a Private Traditional Riding Lesson, the student or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
